ADDITIONAL POLICIES & PROCEDURES AGREEMENT

This Additional Policy & Procedures Agreement ("Agreement") is in conjunction with the Mosaic Student Communities Lease Agreement, and is our additional Policies and Procedures that is agreed upon by our Residents and Co-Signers (referred as "you", "your", and "Resident") who lease with Mosaic Student Communities (referred as "we", "us", "our", "Owner/Agent"). By signing the Mosaic Lease Agreement, you agree to this Agreement, as updated from time to time.
