LOCKOUT POLICIES

  • Contacting the House Manager:
    If you have been locked out of your room or property, your first point of contact should be your “house manager” (if applicable), or the person in the house who has arranged for a spare set of house keys for lockouts. If you do not have a designated person at your property and would like one, please e-mail us at info@livewithmosaic.com or call our office number at (323) 733-2258.
  • Non-available House Manager, Business Hours:
    If your house manager is not available and it is during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 09:30AM – 05:30PM, you can call our office number at (323) 733-2258 for lockout assistance.
  • Non-available House Manager, Non-business Hours:
    If your house manager is not available and it is outside of normal business hours, you will have to call a locksmith yourself.
