Mosaic Student Communities is proud to continue its commitment to supporting students through its Mosaic Student Communities Scholarship Program, established in 2019. This initiative reflects our dedication to providing more opportunities for students to pursue their education at the University of Southern California (USC).

We are excited to award two exclusive $2,000 scholarships for USC undergraduate and graduate students: one recognizing Exceptional Community Service and another based on Financial Need.

At Mosaic Student Communities, we believe the best way to give back to the larger USC community is by uplifting students who demonstrate a true commitment to improving their communities and those facing challenging financial circumstances. Through this scholarship program, we hope to empower deserving students and contribute to their continued success at USC.

Scholarship Details

Scholarship Category:	Financial Need-Based
Scholarship Amount:	$2,000
Sponsor:	Mosaic Student Communities (“Mosaic”)
Qualifications:	Applicants must be currently enrolled as full-time students at USC. Residency with Mosaic Student Communities is not required to apply.
Criteria:	The scholarship will be awarded to a candidate who demonstrates financial need and clearly communicates how the award would support their educational goals.
Application Process:	Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application by January 15, 2027, along with proof of current enrollment at USC and a 300-word essay responding to: Please describe the financial circumstances that have shaped your college experience and explain how this scholarship would help you continue pursuing your educational goals at USC.
Announcement:	Finalists will be selected following the application period and will advance to a peer voting period. The scholarship recipient will be notified by email and announced on Mosaic’ website and online platforms.
