Mr. Delherra is a Founder and Partner of Mosaic Investment Partners and Mosaic Student Communities (together, “Mosaic”), a fully-integrated real estate company focusing on leasing, property management, marketing, and development opportunities serving the student housing market. Mosaic owns a portfolio of 25 properties with a fair market value of over $60 million. The Company’s core focus is to provide student housing properties to undergrads and graduate students as well as international students in urban in-fill major universities and colleges, with current assets at USC and UC Berkeley. At Mosaic, Mr. Delherra leads the firm’s efforts in construction and operations as well as provides asset management oversight of the 65 properties managed by Mosaic and serving approximately 700 student tenants.
Prior to Mosaic, Carlos was a management consultant executive in the Technology Group at Accenture for 8 years. His primary focus was delivering and leading software development projects, systems integration, and business process improvements for Fortune 500 clients such as Microsoft, Verizon and Qualcomm. At Accenture, Carlos led global teams as large as 30 from various global client sites such as Seattle and The Netherlands. After Accenture, Carlos served as a Program Manager at Yahoo! for two years in their Entertainment Division. At Yahoo!, Carlos led large teams and was responsible for overseeing the management of large-scale technology projects for websites with 20 Million plus unique users such as Yahoo! Music and Yahoo! Sports.
Carlos has a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley. Carlos also participated in a year-long study abroad program at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain and a semester-long intense language study program at Maastricht University in The Netherlands. He was formerly a Registered Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), holding Series 6 and 63 Securities licenses.
